International shipping :
International shipping within the European Union – PLN 79.99
International shipping to the UK – PLN 99.99
International shipping to the USA – PLN 299.99
Remember, by choosing delivery to a point (e.g. InPost parcel lockers) you reduce CO2 emissions 🙂
If the customer chooses payment by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.
Order processing time:
– the order processing time is given on the product page under its name, it may be from 2 to 21 business days, depending on the product.
– for orders placed during promotions/drops, the shipping time may be extended due to the large number of orders.
– in the case of orders consisting of products with different delivery times, the longest stated delivery time shall be considered as the delivery time of the entire order.
Delivery time (from courier pickup to delivery to the customer) depends on the carrier and typically takes 1-2 business days. This time may be longer for international shipments.
Remember! We operate in the spirit of Slow Fashion. Longer shipping times allow us to produce goods after the customer purchases them, thus avoiding overproduction.
The costs of returning the goods to the store are borne by the customer.
If the parcel is not collected from the courier or from the parcel locker, it is possible to re-send the order after the customer pays the re-shipping costs (PLN 14.99 – parcel locker, PLN 15.99 – courier).
