Complaint
If you have received a faulty/damaged product and wish to make a complaint, please read the complaints procedure.
1) To file a complaint, complete the form and submit your return (it appears after clicking the "Send Return" button below). Once we have accepted your complaint, you will receive a return label/tracking code via email.
2) Complaints are considered (accepted/rejected) within 14 days Once we receive your package, we'll let you know via email. In the case of a repair, the turnaround time is approximately one week, while if a new item needs to be made, it can take up to 14 business days.
3) Please include a printed or handwritten complaint form ( DOWNLOAD ) in your package. This will help ensure your complaint is processed more efficiently and quickly.
The product being complained about will be repaired first. If the defect cannot be repaired, it will be replaced. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund. The package will be sent to the address/parcel locker provided in the original order.
*The cost of returning the defective product and shipping the repaired/new one is our responsibility.
