Exchange
If you want to exchange a product, please read the exchange procedure:
1) You have 14 days from the date you receive the package to request an exchange. To request an exchange, complete the form and submit your return (it appears after clicking the "Send a return" button below). The return label/return code is valid for 14 days.
2) Please note that exchanging products does not extend the return deadline, which means that the deadline for withdrawing from the contract / returning the goods is 14 days from the date of receipt of the first package.
3) The condition for the positive consideration of the exchange is to send it back unused / unwashed Clothing. Returns of goods that smell of cigarette smoke/sweat or show any other signs of use beyond inspection (such as is possible in a physical store) may be rejected.
4) We only exchange products for a different size, length, weight, or color. It's not possible to exchange a product for a different model.
5) Please include the exchange form ( DOWNLOAD ) in your package – either printed or handwritten. This will make processing your exchange smoother and faster.
*The parcel with the new product is sent to the address/package locker provided in the original order
*If we don't have the item you selected for replacement in stock, we'll have it made for you (delivery time is up to 14 business days). If this isn't possible (e.g., if it's discontinued or for reasons beyond our control, the product is in limited supply), we'll issue a refund.
The cost of returning the goods to the store is borne by the customer. If the entire order is returned, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer (product price + shipping costs). In accordance with Articles 33 and 34, paragraphs 2 and 4 of the Consumer Rights Act.
