How do I return products?

Please package your products carefully to prevent damage on their way to us. Please include the returns form (printed or handwritten) in the package. You can find the returns form at this link: click

2) Send your return shipment here: click

After completing the form, you will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can drop off your parcel at a parcel locker or at locations such as Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan, or Carrefour.

3) Send your parcel to a parcel locker or point and wait for the refund.

The funds will be refunded to the account from which the order was paid within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to us.

Returns Information:

1) You have 14 days from the date you receive the package to submit a return request. To submit a return, complete the form and submit your return (it appears after clicking the " Send Return " button). The return label/return code is valid for 14 days.

2) Please include the returns form in your package. ( DOWNLOAD ) – printed or handwritten. This will make processing your return more efficient and faster.

3) The condition for a return to be approved is that the clothing is returned unused/unwashed. Returns of goods that smell of cigarette smoke/sweat or have other signs of use that go beyond inspection (such as is possible in a stationary store) may be rejected.

4) The refund method depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account provided on the returns form. The processing time for returns is up to 14 days. The processing time for a refund depends on the bank and may range from 2 to 7 business days.

5) Remember to protect the product against damage during transport (getting wet, getting dirty, falling out of the package)

5) The cost of returning the goods to the store is borne by the customer. If the entire order is returned, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer (product price + shipping costs). In accordance with Articles 33 and 34, paragraphs 2 and 4 of the Consumer Rights Act.
