RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Custom-made products

  1. In the case of non-prefabricated products, manufactured according to the Buyer's specifications or intended to satisfy their individualized needs, the Buyer, being a consumer, is generally not entitled to the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
  2. Notwithstanding the above, as part of the Store's policy, the Seller allows for the return of such products to the Company's registered office within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products available ex-stock

  1. In the case of products available ex-stock (marked in the Store as shipped within 2 days), which are not custom-made, the Buyer, being a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without stating a reason.
  2. The withdrawal period begins:
    1. from the day on which the Buyer took possession of the goods,
    2. in the case of multi-part orders – from the day the last product was received.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer should inform the Seller of their decision through a clear statement (e.g., email or return form).
  4. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.
  5. The Buyer should send back the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of notifying withdrawal from the contract, to the address indicated by the Seller.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. In the event of effective withdrawal, the Seller shall reimburse the Buyer for all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method), no later than 14 days from the day of receiving information about the withdrawal.
  2. Refunds will be made using the same payment methods as those used in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to another solution.
  3. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until receipt of the returned goods or provision of proof of their return – whichever occurs first.
  4. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

  1. A condition for accepting a return is that the product is sent back in an unchanged state, not exceeding what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  2. In particular, the returned product must not:
    1. have been worn beyond trying it on,
    2. be dirty,
    3. show signs of use or damage,
    4. be missing original tags or security features.
  3. The Buyer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  4. In the event of deterioration of the product's condition, the Seller reserves the right to:
    1. reduce the refund amount by the value of the product's diminished value, including the costs of restoring it to a condition suitable for further sale (e.g., cleaning),
    2. refuse to accept the return in the event of significant deterioration of the product's condition.
  5. Returns delivered after the deadline will not be processed. 

You have 7 days to deliver the returned product to the Company's registered office.


How to return products?

2) Send the return shipment here: click

 After completing the form, you will receive a return code or shipping documents. You can send the package at a parcel locker or at points in stores such as Żabka, Stokrotka, Auchan, Carrefour.

3) Send the package at a parcel locker or point and wait for the refund. 

The funds will be returned to the account from which the order was paid within 14 days from the date of package delivery to us. 

Information regarding returns:

1) To initiate a return, fill out the form and send the return shipment (it appears after clicking the “Send return shipment” button).

2) Please attach the return form to the package (DOWNLOAD) – printed or handwritten. This will ensure faster and smoother processing of the return.

3) A condition for a positive return processing is the return of unused/unwashed clothing. The return of goods saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke/sweat or showing other signs of use exceeding the inspection of the goods (such as is possible in a physical store) may be rejected.

4) The method of refund depends on the payment method chosen during checkout. For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be made to the bank account provided in the return form. The processing time for a return is up to 14 days. The time for crediting the refund depends on the bank and can range from 2 to 7 business days.

5) Remember to protect the product from damage during transport (wetting, soiling, falling out of the package).

5) The cost of returning goods to the store is covered by the customer. If the entire order is returned, we refund the full amount paid by the customer (product price + delivery cost). In accordance with Art. 33 and 34 sec. 2 and 4 of the Consumer Rights Act.
